Job summary

Coffey is seeking an ERP Product Manager to own and evolve the ERP platform, aligning it with project-based operations and enterprise objectives. The role focuses on governance, roadmap definition, and delivering measurable business value across finance, procurement, and IT.

The ideal candidate will combine ERP expertise with deep construction industry knowledge, manage vendor relationships and drive change across Finance, HR, and Power BI reporting. MBA required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in construction, engineering or infrastructure sectors.
• Experience in project-based businesses.
• Minimum 5 years as ERP Product Manager or similar.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• MBA or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Own the ERP product strategy and roadmap.
• Act as primary business owner for the ERP platform.
• Ensure alignment between ERP capabilities and company objectives.
• Manage system lifecycle, upgrades, and feature releases.
• Develop business cases for ERP investments and improvements.
• Lead UAT and coordinate deployment of new functionality.
• Promote data quality and governance for reporting.
