Job summary

E-Frontiers in the UK or Ireland is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead complex ERP implementations, upgrades and business-change projects.

You’ll own projects end-to-end from initiation to go-live, coordinating clients, consultants and technical teams with a hands-on leadership style. Experience with Epicor Kinetic is advantageous; strong governance, budgeting and reporting are essential. This role is permanent, full-time with a hybrid working arrangement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' project-management experience in ERP or business-systems delivery.
• Proven experience leading multi-team projects and managing multiple workstreams.
• Strong planning, scheduling and dependency-management skills.
• Experience controlling scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, issues and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementations, upgrades and business-change projects from initiation through go-live.
• Establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones and success criteria.
• Build and maintain detailed, resource-loaded project plans.
• Manage dependencies across functional, technical, data, testing and training workstreams.
• Monitor projects against schedule, budget, scope and quality.
• Identify risks and deviations early and implement corrective actions.
• Lead customer governance meetings and reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate requirements, configuration, development, data migration, testing and deployment.
• Ensure formal change control across scope and costs; manage RAID.
