• Minimum 7-10 years experience in construction/engineering/infrastructure
• Minimum 5 years operating as ERP Product Manager or related roles
• Experience with IFS Cloud or SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to drive ERP strategy and governance

Responsibilities

• Own the ERP product strategy and roadmap
• Lead business process standardisation across regions
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and workshops
• Prioritise backlog and manage ERP enhancements
• Coordinate vendor relationships and external partners
