Job summary

Realtime Recruitment seeks an experienced IT Integration Delivery Lead to own the design and delivery of enterprise integrations. You will ensure secure, reliable, scalable connections across internal teams, partners and ERP programs.

This hands-on role requires leading API development, A2A/B2B and streaming integrations, and managing offshore delivery teams within a large transformation program in Ireland.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in enterprise integration delivery.
• Strong hands-on API development and API-led integration experience – essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise integration solutions from requirements through build, testing and implementation.
• Deliver A2A, B2B and streaming integrations using API-led, messaging and other integration approaches.
• Manage offshore development teams and third-party technology partners.
• Support major transformation and ERP modernisation programmes from an integration perspective.
• Provide technical assurance across integration design, development, testing and documentation.
• Establish and promote integration standards, patterns and best practices.
• Contribute to solution design, vendor selection, architecture reviews and technical assurance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Continuously improve integration processes, development practices and platform scalability.

Our client is a leading organisation undergoing significant technology transformation, with major investment across digital transformation, ERP modernisation, data integration and API-led connectivity.

They are now looking for an experienced IT Integration Delivery Lead to take ownership of the design and delivery of enterprise integrations, ensuring systems and data connect securely, reliably and at scale.

This is a hands-on delivery role, working across internal technology teams, business stakeholders, strategic partners and third-party vendors.

You must have full working rights to be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise integration solutions from requirements through to build, testing and implementation.


• Design, develop and deliver APIs – strong hands-on API experience is essential.


• Deliver A2A, B2B and streaming integrations using API-led, messaging and other integration approaches.


• Manage offshore development teams and third-party technology partners.


• Support major transformation and ERP modernisation programmes from an integration perspective.


• Provide technical assurance across integration design, development, testing and documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with Microsoft Azure integration technologies.


• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns.


• Experience with platforms such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, IBM MQ or IBM App Connect Enterprise.


• Experience integrating with SAP or another major ERP platform.


• Experience across API, A2A, B2B and/or event-driven integrations.


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Experience managing vendors and offshore delivery teams.


• Relevant third-level qualification.
