Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking an experienced BPO/Lead Consultant to design and deliver enterprise ERP solutions for a varied customer base. The role sits at the heart of customer implementations, translating requirements into workflows, configurations, integrations and reporting.

You will manage several implementations concurrently from discovery through to post-go-live support. The successful candidate will engage with customers and internal teams across discovery, testing, training, data migration,

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience as a Lead Consultant, BPO Consultant or in a comparable role.
• Experience conducting discovery workshops and documenting customer business requirements.
• Strong business-process analysis and workflow-design capabilities.
• The ability to translate business challenges into practical system solutions.
• Experience documenting functional and technical requirements covering: System configuration, workflows and processes, reporting, integrations etc.

What you need

• A minimum of three years’ experience as a Lead Consultant, BPO Consultant, Business Process Consultant or in a comparable role
• Experience conducting discovery workshops and documenting customer business requirements
• Strong business-process analysis and workflow-design capabilities
• The ability to translate business challenges into practical system solutions
• Experience documenting functional and technical requirements covering: System configuration, Workflows and processes, Reporting, Integrations etc.
• Experience developing implementation plans and supporting projects through testing and go-live
• The ability to configure and demonstrate software solutions clearly to different audiences
• Experience preparing test plans, conducting testing and resolving implementation issues
• Experience producing user guides and delivering customer training
• Knowledge of data conversion and system integration processes
• Familiarity with Lean and Agile ways of working
• Exposure to PMP or another recognised project-delivery methodology
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business accounting practices
• Flexibility to travel to customer sites when required
