Job summary

Ascential Medical & Life Sciences in Limerick is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to support the Engineering and Operations teams. You will import, validate, and maintain data in our ERP using spreadsheets and CSV files produced by the engineering team, ensuring accuracy and data integrity across systems.

This 11-month contract role involves onboarding, data uploads, BOM creation, and collaboration with Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Accounting.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, data entry, ERP, or manufacturing support.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including CSV files.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with technical information and engineering data.

Responsibilities

• Upload and process spread sheets and CSV data files into the ERP system.
• Review engineering-generated data files for accuracy and completeness prior to import.
• Validate imported data and resolve discrepancies where required.
• Maintain accurate records of all data uploads and revisions.
• Liaise with Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure data requirements are met.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), part records, and item master data within the ERP system.
• Assist in developing and improving data management processes and procedures.
• Generate reports and provide status updates on data entry activities.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and data governance procedures.
• Support ERP system users with basic administrative tasks as required.
• Coordinate with the Accounting team to manage project invoicing, track costs, and support financial performance reporting
