Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment seeks a Data Administration professional in Galway for a 9-month contract. You will create and maintain item master data across Agile PLM, Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Fusion, ensuring accurate product data and BOMs.

You’ll manage supplier info and controlled documents, processing ECOs/ECNs per procedures, with a focus on data integrity. The role emphasizes data cleansing, migration across systems, and collaboration within a controlled environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in product data administration or a comparable data-entry role.
• Experience using Agile PLM, Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud Fusion PD/PDH.
• Experience maintaining item data, Bills of Materials, revisions or supporting documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and a consistent, accurate approach to data entry.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain approved item master records in Agile PLM, Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Fusion PD/PDH.
• Create and update product revisions and Bills of Materials from approved source documentation.
• Maintain approved manufacturer and supplier information, as well as controlled product documents and attachments.
• Process authorised ECOs, ECNs and other product changes in line with documented procedures.
• Support product data alignment, cleansing and migration activities between systems.

About Your New Job

• Create and maintain approved item master records in Agile PLM, Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Fusion Product Development/Product Data Hub.
• Create and update product revisions and Bills of Materials from approved source documentation.
• Maintain approved manufacturer and supplier information, as well as controlled product documents and attachments where applicable.
• Process authorised ECOs, ECNs and other product changes in line with documented procedures.
• Support product data alignment, cleansing and migration activities between systems.

What Skills You Need

• 1–3 years’ experience in product data administration, master data maintenance, engineering change administration or a comparable data-entry role.
• Experience using Agile PLM, Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud Fusion PD/PDH.
• Experience maintaining item data, Bills of Materials, revisions, product attributes or supporting documentation.
• Experience working in a controlled change management environment is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and a consistent, accurate approach to data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
