Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and support multiple operational teams with clear priorities and deliverables.
Ensure customer and employee satisfaction and complete operational tasks successfully.
Identify training needs and develop team members, including succession planning.
Support HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
Provide input on systems and product development; liaise with Sales and Implementation teams.
Monitor operational metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
