Job summary

Delta Capita in Ireland (Dublin) is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead mobilisation and delivery of an ESG regulatory change programme within a Strategy and Sustainability function, preparing the organisation for EU EPBD requirements.

The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, developing delivery plans, tracking risks and dependencies, and delivering interim solutions while full implementation is phased, with regular updates to Steering Committees and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of changes required to ensure readiness for the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD).
• Develop and manage a comprehensive delivery plan, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver key milestones on time and within scope.
• Oversee business, process, data, and system changes required to support EPBD compliance.
• Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary.
• Support the development and delivery of interim solutions where full implementation may be phased.
• Prepare regular status reports and updates for senior stakeholders.
• Engage with governance forums, including Steering Committees and regulatory stakeholders.
