Job summary

Bloomberg in Dublin is seeking a Team Leader to head Sustainable Finance Data Governance & Controls. You will oversee operational delivery, data quality, and regulatory compliance for ESG scores and related products, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Data Management, Compliance, Legal, and Risk.

This role focuses on scalable operating models, automation, and audit readiness, helping Bloomberg establish an EU center of excellence for regulated ESG data operations and shaping the future

Qualifications

• Leadership of a data governance and controls function.
• Experience delivering data quality and regulatory compliance for ESG data.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple functions.
• Proficiency with SQL and data operations at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for ESG data governance, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Design scalable operating models, workflows, and controls for ESG products.
• Oversee data service delivery, inquiries, disclosures, and compliant data operations.
• Monitor data quality standards and service levels; drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Management to implement automation and tooling enhancements.
• Translate regulatory requirements into operational processes and governance practices.
