What you'll actually be doing:

Recruitment is a people job. You'll look after your own group of clients and make sure they always have the right people available when they need them. Day to day, you'll:

• Talk to clients to find out whom they need and when
• Find and speak to new candidates through job ads, our database and networking
• Get to know each candidate and match them to the right opportunity
• Confirm bookings and keep both sides happy
• Work towards weekly and monthly targets, and see your effort rewarded
