What you’ll be doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build relationships with the professionals who make our service possible. Day to day, that means:

• Sourcing professionals through referrals and advertising
• Guiding each candidate through our registration process so they’re fully compliant and ready to work
• Booking registered professionals into shifts and confirming the details with them and the client
• Keeping in regular contact with your candidates so you’re the first person they call for work
• Speaking with clients to understand what they need, and sharing who’s available to cover it
