Job summary
Verkada in Ireland is hiring the first Enterprise Field Solutions Engineer with deep expertise in Cloud Security, IoT, Networking, Linux, and access control. You will partner with field account executives to expand Verkada's footprint into Fortune 500 companies, guiding customers from initial contact through deployment and support.
You will travel regularly, collaborate with regional teams, and design deployments across complex environments, ensuring security and compliance for enterprise
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer working with large enterprises.
- Proven ability to discuss Cloud Security, Networking, and IoT deployments with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field required.
Responsibilities
- Be the subject matter authority on Verkada's product suite and convey value to customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, overcome objections, and secure the technical win.
- Help build the region and enable local partners.
- Present the Verkada solution to executives and IT leaders.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop territory strategies.
- Design security deployments involving network considerations and product selection.
- Stay current on security/IoT trends and speak at conferences.
- Educate partners, customers, and staff on Verkada offerings.
- Travel regularly, often >50%, including international trips.
