Job summary

Quest is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Ireland to manage a portfolio of enterprise software customers. You will drive adoption, retention and value realization while acting as a trusted advisor across lifecycle stages.

You will coordinate with Sales, Renewals, Support, Product, and Professional Services to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify opportunities for growth. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or similar role.
• Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, or data management.
• Ability to build relationships with business and technical stakeholders, including executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts, driving adoption and retention.
• Develop Success Plans aligned to customer goals and value milestones.
• Lead regular business reviews to drive product adoption and value realization.
• Monitor health, risks, and opportunities; coordinate internal resources.
