Job summary

Wrike is seeking an energetic Customer Success Manager to join our global team in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, managing a portfolio of Mid Market/enterprise customers. You will understand client strategies and drive outcomes, collaborating with multiple teams to maximize value from Wrike.

The role emphasizes building relationships, defining success plans, and delivering measurable ROI/NET MRR growth. This 18-month maternity cover offers hybrid work across Ireland.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Customer Success Management or customer facing-role supporting mid market clients.
• Experience working with Marketing teams, Professional Services, IT teams, PMO teams.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of clients, including senior leadership.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in project management, business process redesign, and change management.
• Great people skills: empathetic, patient, tact under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and act as Wrike advocate throughout the journey.
• Partner with customers to establish clear business goals, timelines, priorities and metrics of success (executing success plans & EBRs).
• Create and manage comprehensive engagement and communication strategies to ensure customer ROI and NET MRR growth.
• Serve as the Wrike SME in providing guidance on work management to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product and other teams to strengthen CS across the organization.
• Monitor your book of business and use metrics to identify opportunities and manage churn avoidance.
• Maintain our CS platform with detailed customer-centric actions and communication plans.
• Lead end-to-end Success Plan execution and demonstrate value over time.
