We are seeking a results‑driven, enthusiastic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our EMEA demand generation team. The role involves managing regional marketing leads who nurture strong customer relationships through targeted campaigns, online and in‑person events, and various channels. You will partner with sales leaders to achieve team KPIs, wear many hats, and use AI throughout your day to deliver impactful programs that drive results.
Your Impact:
- Comfortable making impactful decisions and possessing outstanding verbal and written skills, facilitating professional communication with international customers and colleagues.
- Coordinate with sales to align the team on the right programs to hit pipeline and bookings targets throughout the year.
- Lead the EMEA region in building strategic relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders in sales, corporate marketing, and digital marketing to develop demand and field marketing programs that accelerate pipeline growth.
- Represent all of marketing on strategic sales calls in regions, communicating and educating the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities.
- Scale field events, ensuring a cohesive pre‑event, at‑event, and post‑event strategy in partnership with the global event manager.
- Develop, execute, and scale localised webinars with the webinar manager.
- Leverage targeted account strategy to support account‑based selling and marketing.
- Work with the content team to produce new marketing assets for outbound marketing and sales enablement.
- Own the EMEA forecast, measure, analyse, and report on the impact of programs.
- Ensure all workback schedules, creative requests, and deliverables are structured and tracked effectively in Wrike.
Your Qualifications:
- 10+ years of marketing experience in the EMEA region.
- Proven track record building demand generation teams and serving as an extension of the sales organization.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Experience driving marketing efforts for a high‑technology, B2B organization.
- Experience implementing a targeted account strategy to support account‑based selling.
- Understanding of customer journeys and sales touchpoints.
- Degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Exceptional time‑management and organisational skills.
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience partnering with sales and account‑management teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns.
- Availability to travel occasionally.
- AI‑driven targeting and data enrichment experience, familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, 6Sense, and Sendoso.
- AI‑assisted personalization skills using tools to tailor messaging at scale for specific buyer personas.
- AI‑powered content repurposing, including turning webinars into social snippets or blogs.
- Ability to craft effective, clear, and context‑aware prompts for AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to produce high‑quality text, images, and marketing copy.
