Job summary

Notion is redefining enterprise software sales with a Solutions Consultant who owns the full customer journey—from discovery to renewal. You’ll design live workflow solutions, demo in real time, and partner across teams to drive adoption and expansion while keeping a sharp focus on AI-enabled outcomes.

You’ll engage with technical buyers, map their workflows to commercial outcomes, and navigate complex procurement and security reviews to land high-value credits and implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
• Ability to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot live with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle from new logo to renewal.
• Design and build live workflow solutions with customers, discovery as the demo.
• Collaborate with BDRs on account planning and outbound motion.
• Navigate commercial sizing, procurement, legal, and security reviews.
• Guide customers through adoption plans and handoffs to Outcomes Architects.
• Partner with OA on onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal activities.
