Job summary

Notion is seeking an Outcomes Architect to drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts. You will partner with Solutions Consultants on renewal and expansion, owning renewal opportunities for flat and at-risk customers.

You will shape customer outcomes, strengthen executive partnerships, and contribute to predictable revenue through retention, renewal, and expansion impact. You’ll design workflows translating goals into durable Notion systems.

Qualifications

• Experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion within a B2B software environment.
• Strong customer-facing discovery instincts with ability to map workflows and translate goals into plans.
• Technical fluency and comfort building in software with live co-design and troubleshooting in the room.

Responsibilities

• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts, ensuring expansion and high NRR.
• Partner with Solutions Consultant on account strategy for renewal and expansion, owning renewal opportunities for at-risk customers.
