Job summary

Notion is seeking a Solutions Consultant to own the full customer lifecycle from first meeting to renewal, designing live workflow solutions with customers and co-building in Notion. You’ll partner with BDRs and drive multi-stakeholder engagements across procurement, legal, and security to close enterprise deals.

You’ll need to be technically fluent, comfortable demoing live, and passionate about AI, with a track record of turning workflows into commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
• Technical fluency and comfort building live in software.
• Strong discovery and qualification instincts mapping workflows to outcomes.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder procurement, legal, and security cycles.
• Ability to lead conversations with agency and urgency.
• Passion for AI and using it as a collaboration tool.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle as the single account owner for your book, with responsibility for credits sold translating into credits consumed.
• Design and build live workflow solutions with customers: discovery is the demo, not the slide deck, and co-build in Notion with the customer.
• Partner with BDRs on target account planning and outbound motion for your book.
• Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals.
• Guide customers through early implementation with an adoption plan and handoff to OA for ongoing expansion.
• Partner with OA on onboarding, adoption plans, expansion strategies, and renewal execution.
