EY Ireland is seeking a Senior SAP AI Lead to design and implement AI-driven SAP solutions in a dynamic consulting environment. You will guide Joule-based AI architectures, integrate SAP S/4HANA with BTP, and lead client workshops to deliver scalable AI-enabled business processes.

The role requires extensive SAP AI experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of data architectures, security, and governance. A hybrid work model in Ireland is offered with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP technologies experience with focus on Business AI / Generative AI.
• Hands-on with SAP BTP, Joule tools, and agent development.
• Strong skills in integration, data modeling and secure AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver SAP AI solutions using Joule and BTP.
• Lead AI PoCs, solution architecture and client workshops.
• Architect end-to-end SAP AI workflows and data integration.
• Develop grounding and RAG solutions using SAP HANA Cloud Vector Engine.
• Supervise tool calling, multi-agent orchestration and governance.
