Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Client Account Manager in our IT Enterprise Sales Team in Dublin. You will drive a book of business with key partners, acting as trusted advisor to their business and delivering strategic guidance on media plans and performance.

You’ll build relationships, translate data into actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet partner objectives. Hybrid work, competitive base salary, and equity available.

Qualifications

• Digital advertising sales experience with high-value relationships.
• Data-backed storytelling and recommendations.
• Forecasting and goal achievement delivery.
• Strong communication across in-person, phone, and email.
• Team player in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Knowledge of Search/Shopping/Display/Social ad tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with partners and drive campaign performance.
• Advise on media strategies across targeting, bidding, creative, and measurement.
• Turn data into compelling insights to help partners succeed.
• Own the how-to conversations on performance optimization with advertisers.
• Explain campaign results clearly to demonstrate impact and value.
• Collaborate with Measurement, Insights, Product Marketing, and Creative Strategy teams.
