Job summary

Pinterest in Dublin is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to head the Agency Scaled segment for our EMEA SMB Account Management organization. You will own revenue acceleration, lead multi-team collaboration, and drive ARPA growth across thousands of SMB advertisers on the Pinterest platform.

With 6+ years in digital media sales and 3+ years in leadership, you will implement scalable processes, manage forecasts and OKRs, and mentor teams to win opportunities while maintaining client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years professional experience in digital media sales.
• 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Experience with SMBs across EMEA and data-driven leadership.
• Demonstrated consultative selling and revenue growth ownership.
• Strong KPI management and target delivery discipline.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue acceleration and growth on key SMB accounts.
• Lead advanced deal management from pipeline development to closing.
• Embed a strong commercial focus in day-to-day execution and inspire the team.
• Manage day-to-day vendor operations for a scaled agency segment in Europe.
• Set goals, revenue forecasts and quarterly OKRs; analyze trends and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources and remove barriers.
