Job summary

Accenture is recruiting for a Partner Manager to roll out a digital marketing solution across EU markets in collaboration with Pinterest. You will onboard new clients, educate advertisers on best practices, and tailor campaigns to business goals.

You will build long-term client relationships, meet quarterly KPIs, and work with a high-performing Pinterest team within a global professional services firm. This hybrid role in Ireland offers health insurance, team events, and generous leave.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a target-driven, customer-facing role.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS).
• Demonstrated ability to train advertisers on solutions and campaign execution.
• Proven ability to hit quarterly KPI targets.
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain knowledge of client products and services.
• Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research and contact potential new partner businesses that could benefit from Pinterest’s proposition.
• Set advertisers up for initial success before handing over to Account management.
• Collaborate with existing advertisers to define strategic marketing plans to achieve goals.
• Understand partners’ business goals and provide insights to drive success.
• Develop and grow long-term relationships as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Work toward fixed KPIs and quarterly sales targets.
• Share knowledge with the wider sales team.
