Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, high-value engineering programs.
• Strong governance and procurement exposure, including public sector contexts.
• Proven ability to align engineering delivery with organizational Strategy and PMO guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major infrastructure and technology programmes within Engineering.
• Represent the Chief Engineer on major projects and lead escalation for PMOs.
• Coordinate projects with PMO to minimise business as usual impact.
• Identify resource gaps and develop strategies to address bottlenecks and slippage.
• Ensure compliance with Data Protection, Quality, Environment, Health & Safety policies.
