Job summary

E‑Frontiers in Dublin is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our infrastructure team. You will support planning, coordination and delivery of civils, utilities and telecoms projects across Ireland, working with Site Managers, subcontractors and clients to meet programmes and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in large-scale infrastructure, strong technical skills and fluent collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree, diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience as Project Engineer, Site Engineer or similar.
• Experience in civils, utilities, telecommunications, power or infrastructure.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong health & safety awareness in construction.
• Excellent coordination with site teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support across infrastructure and civil projects.
• Assist with planning, coordination and delivery from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with site management, subcontractors and project teams.
• Review drawings, specs and construction information.
• Assist with setting out, surveying and technical queries.
• Monitor progress against programme and address delays.
• Liaise with clients, authorities and utility providers.
• Support project documentation and quality records.
• Assist with procurement requirements and resource planning.
• Ensure works meet approved designs and standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site with the project team.
• Support coordination of subcontractors and commercial teams.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and participate in site visits.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery.
