Chubb Fire & Security is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to cover Dublin. The role involves planned preventative maintenance, inspection, testing, fault finding, and minor corrective works on life safety systems including Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, Gas Detection, and Disabled Refuge / Emergency Voice Communications.

The successful candidate will work from our Dublin-area operations, with on-call and overtime opportunities.

Formación

• Experience with life safety systems (Fire Alarm & Detection, Emergency Lighting).
• Able to inspect, test, and maintain life safety equipment.
• Excellent communication with customers during service visits.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance visits according to service schedules.
• Inspect, test, service and maintain Fire Alarm & Detection systems, Emergency Lighting, Gas Detection, and Disabled Refuge / Emergency Voice systems.
• Diagnose faults and perform first-fix repairs where possible.
• Identify non-compliances and communicate findings to the customer and internal teams.
• Produce accurate service documentation and test records after each visit.

Chubb Ireland Fire is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer based out of our Cork office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planned preventative maintenance, inspection, testing, fault finding, and minor corrective works on a range of life safety systems including Fire Alarm & Detection, Emergency Lighting, Gas Detection, and Disabled Refuge / Emergency Voice Communication systems. This role will cover Dublin.

SALARY: Up to €60K (DoE) + On call + Overtime

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance visits in accordance with service schedules and contractual requirements
• Inspect, test, service, and maintain: Fire Alarm & Detection systems, Emergency Lighting systems, Gas Detection systems and Disabled Refuge / Emergency Voice Communication systems
• Diagnose faults efficiently and undertake first-fix repairs where possible
• Identify non-compliances, equipment defects, end-of-life issues, and system performance concerns, and clearly communicate findings to the customer and internal teams
• Produce accurate service documentation, test records, deficiency reports, and recommendations following each visit
