Job description

As the Colleague Engagement & Experience Partner, you'll play an important role in helping Bidvest Noonan scale and embed our colleague engagement strategy and desired culture across the business.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications & Culture, this 12-month fixed term role will support the next phase of our engagement journey by helping to scale the colleague engagement survey to 27,000 colleagues, owning and optimising the engagement module in WorkSelf, creating and launching a network of engagement champions, and developing and delivering practical enablement materials for leaders and colleagues.

You will enable leaders to turn engagement insights into simple, meaningful action by creating clear resources, guidance, toolkits and other resources that build capability in engagement, recognition, and wellbeing.

You will work closely with your People & Culture colleagues, People Business Partners, operational leaders, engagement champions, and stakeholders across the business. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, creative, confident working with data and systems, and passionate about creating positive colleague experiences at scale.

Take full ownership of the engagement module in WorkSelf, becoming the internal expert on its functionality and capabilities. Act as the day-to-day owner of the engagement module, to build, test, launch and maintain surveys, survey content, reporting access, manager guidance and associated resources.

Support and deliver sessions on interpreting engagement results, hosting effective listening sessions, building action plans, recognising colleagues, supporting wellbeing conversations, and creating inclusive, connected teams.
