Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking an Engagement & Experience Partner to help scale and embed our colleague engagement strategy across the business. You will own the engagement module in WorkSelf, scale the survey to 27,000 colleagues, and develop practical enablement materials for leaders and colleagues.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications & Culture, this 12-month fixed-term role focuses on turning insights into action, creating resources, toolkits, and training to build capability in

Qualifications

• Role can be UK or Ireland based.
• Extensive knowledge in launching and managing surveys.
• Organised, creative, data- and systems-mind ed with a passion for positive colleague experiences.

Responsibilities

• Scale the engagement survey: plan, deliver and improve surveys as they scale to 27,000 colleagues; own the engagement module in WorkSelf; manage survey content, reporting access, and resources.
• Create and launch an engagement champion network; design onboarding, communications rhythm, and support structure; provide tools and training for champions.
• Develop methods to monitor culture outcomes using engagement data, pulse surveys, focus groups, and metrics to drive improvement.
• Create enablement materials and toolkits for leaders and champions; ensure materials are accessible and visually engaging for all audiences.
• Support enablement sessions and masterclasses on engagement topics, including recognition and wellbeing; help interpret results and build action plans.
