Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking an Engagement & Experience Partner to help scale our colleague engagement strategy across the business. Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications & Culture, this 12-month fixed-term role focuses on expanding the engagement survey to 27,000 colleagues, owning the WorkSelf module, and launching a network of engagement champions.

You will develop practical resources for leaders and colleagues, turning insights into action, and collaborate with People & Culture,

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge in launching and managing surveys.
• Ability to turn insights into action with practical resources.
• Experience scaling engagement programmes across large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Scale the engagement survey and manage survey content and reporting.
• Design and coordinate an engagement champion network.
• Monitor culture outcomes using data and feedback mechanisms.
• Create and maintain enablement materials including toolkits and guides.
• Support enablement sessions and masterclasses on engagement and wellbeing.
