The role involves buy‑side and sell‑side M&A on wind and solar projects, with training provided and a clear path in Ireland’s fast‑growing energy sector.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years PQE in Irish corporate law.
• Solid M&A experience; drafting and negotiating core documents.
• Strong drafting, organisational skills and commercial, solutions‑focused mindset.

Aufgaben

• Conduct corporate due diligence on asset and share acquisitions.
• Draft and settle completion ancillaries (board minutes, resignation letters, stock transfer forms).
• Prepare and file CRO forms on acquisitions and disposals.
