Job summary

Beauchamps LLP in Ireland seeks a junior Corporate M&A Solicitor to join the Energy & Natural Resources Team within PIE Group. You will work on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions for international clients, with training provided.

The ideal candidate will have NQ–3 PQE in Irish corporate law, strong drafting and organisational skills, and a commercial approach. The role offers a competitive package and the chance to develop in a leading energy practice.

Qualifications

• NQ–3 PQE in Irish corporate law and M&A transactions.
• Experience on wind and/or solar energy projects is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent drafting and organisational skills with a commercial outlook.

Responsibilities

• Draft and settle board minutes, letters of resignation, stock transfer forms and other completion ancillaries as part of share acquisitions and disposals.
• Corporate due diligence as part of asset and share acquisitions.
• Drafting and negotiating non-disclosure agreements and other similar commercial agreements.
• Preparing and filing CRO forms as part of share acquisitions and disposals.
• Providing support to the partners drafting and negotiating the core transaction documents – SPAs, SHAs, Disclosure Letters, etc.
