Job summary

Hunter-Savage- in Dublin City Centre seeks a Corporate Solicitor to join its growing team, focusing on M&A within the energy and natural resources sector. The role offers hybrid working and exposure to major renewable energy transactions.

The successful candidate will prepare completion documents, conduct corporate due diligence, draft and negotiate NDAs, and assist with core transaction documents and company filings.

Qualifications

• A solicitor with 1–3 years' PQE in Irish corporate law and M&A.
• Excellent organisational and drafting skills with strong attention to detail.
• Solutions-focused with commercial outlook and sound judgement.
• Experience relating to wind or solar energy projects is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare completion documents: board minutes, resignation letters and stock transfer forms.
• Carry out corporate due diligence for asset and share acquisitions.
• Draft and negotiate NDAs and support the preparation and negotiation of core transaction documents.

Our client is seeking a Corporate M&A Solicitor to join its growing Energy and Natural Resources team, supporting work in a dynamic area of the Irish energy sector. The successful candidate will work on buy side and sell side transactions for leading international clients, with exposure to renewable energy projects and the opportunity to develop their expertise alongside an established team.

Based in Dublin, this hybrid role offers a balance of flexibility and in person collaboration with colleagues. It provides the opportunity to build experience in a growing area of law while contributing to a range of corporate transactions.
