Role Description

This full-time, on-site Energy Engineer / BER Assessor role is based in Navan. The successful candidate will conduct BER assessments for residential and commercial properties, including site visits, data collection, and analysis of building fabric and systems. Daily tasks include preparing detailed energy reports, recommending practical energy efficiency improvements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The role involves collaborating with the technical team, maintaining accurate records, and communicating findings clearly to clients. The Energy Engineer / BER Assessor will also support ongoing projects in energy management, air testing, and sound testing as required.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Energy Engineering and Energy Management skills, with a focus on building performance and efficiency.
• Candidates should possess solid Mechanical Engineering and Energy skills relevant to heating, ventilation, and building services.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting energy data, performing calculations, and preparing accurate BER reports.
