Job summary

RecruitmentPlus on behalf of our client seeks a registered BER Assessor to join the Co. Louth team. You will perform domestic and non-domestic BER assessments, HEAs, and technical assessments, working with senior surveyors and management on retrofit and energy projects.

The role involves two days on site and three days in office, with a company van provided and SEAI registration or eligibility required. A full driving licence and travel willingness are essential for this position in a supportive

Qualifications

• Registered BER Assessor with SEAI (or eligible for registration).
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload with strong communication and organisation.
• Experience with DEAP software and BER documentation.
• Experience in Airtightness Testing and/or Ventilation Validation advantageous.

RecruitmentPlus on behalf of our client have an opportunity for a registered Domestic BER Assessor / Energy Assessor to join a successful and growing Co. Louth Surveyors. The successful candidate should be SEAI registered (or eligible for registration) and are open to recently qualified or those more experienced, this position is due to growth and an increase in workload and will offer genuine opportunity to work alongside senior Surveyors and management advancing and gaining exposure in the commercial sector and other building and energy surveying services on offer.

An independent and supportive working environment, the BER Assessor will typically spend 2 days on sites and 3 days in office. Company van with all expenses is provided.

Requirements:

• Registered BER Assessor with SEAI (or have successfully completed the FETAC Level 6 Domestic BER Assessor qualification and be eligible for registration).
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently with strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with DEAP software and BER documentation
• Experience in Airtightness Testing and/or Ventilation Validation would be advantageous
