Sherpa Kids in Ireland is seeking a Programme Lead to manage and guide a team within our school-based childcare services. The role is on-site at schools, supporting Before and After School and Holiday Clubs, with a focus on safe, engaging activities for school-aged children.

Own car required. You will maintain day-to-day activities, interact with children, families and staff, bring energy and enthusiasm, and engage with technology (Word, Outlook, Teams).

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in childcare or education.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Garda vetting is essential and will be completed after interview.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a programme team.
• Maintain day-to-day programme activities.
• Interact with children, families and staff daily.
• Ensure engaging, safe activities for school-aged children and use technology as needed.
