Job summary

Sherpa Kids in Ireland offers Before School, After School, and Holiday Clubs operated on-site at schools, providing engaging activities for national-aged children.

As a team member, you will supervise children during activities, assist with homework, and lead a range of indoor and outdoor programs with energy and care. Garda vetting is arranged after interview, with two written references required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year).
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities and free play
• Assist with homework and educational tasks
• Engaging in a variety of planned activities (both indoor and outdoor) with the children each day.
• Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
• Assist with games, crafts, and group activities
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
