Job summary

Sherpa Kids in Ireland offers Before School, After School, and Holiday Clubs inside schools, delivering fun, structured daily activities designed for national-aged children. Roles involve supervising play, supporting homework, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.

We seek energetic individuals with at least one year of experience with school-aged children, English proficiency, and Garda vetting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year).
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities and free play.
• Assist with homework and educational tasks.
• Engage in a variety of planned activities (both indoor and outdoor) with the children each day.
• Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
• Assist with games, crafts, and group activities.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment.
