Job summary

Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley seeks a Manager of Endoscopy Services to lead day-to-day operations, optimize room utilization, and ensure safe, patient-centered endoscopy care within the Interventional and Procedural Services Platform.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Procedural Nursing and Clinical Operations, you will supervise endoscopy nursing and technical staff, drive recruitment and competency, and collaborate with scheduling, infection prevention, quality, and clinical operations to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is required.
• Master’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience in endoscopy and related settings; two years of leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of endoscopy operations, patient flow, infection prevention, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily endoscopy operations, room utilization, staffing, case readiness, and throughput.
• Partner with scheduling/access teams to optimize procedure availability and patient communication.
• Provide oversight for reprocessing and high-level disinfection processes in partnership with infection prevention and quality teams.
• Supervise endoscopy nursing and technical staff; lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Promote C-I-CARE, safety, teamwork, service reliability, and accountability.
• Monitor quality indicators, patient safety events, and ensure regulatory readiness.
