Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale commercial projects in Ireland. You will oversee client briefings, planning, budgeting, procurement, and handover, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent client communication, and proficiency with MS Project and the Microsoft Office Suite. On-site leadership is essential to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise managing the full project lifecycle from client briefing through to handover.
• Exceptional client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High proficiency with MS Project and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial projects from scope to handover.
• Develop detailed schedules and critical path using MS Project.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenditures and forecast final costs.
• Support procurement, contract administration and change management.
• Lead meetings, monitor on-site progress and manage risks.
