Job summary

JJ Rhatigan & Company in the Dublin region seeks a highly skilled Project Manager to lead award-winning, multi-million-euro construction projects from pre-start to handover. You will coordinate design, procurement and site operations with a team of professionals.

You will drive scheduling, safety, quality and environmental standards, chair weekly meetings, manage sub-contractors and suppliers, and report on progress, risks and finances to senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong project management capabilities for multi-disciplinary construction programmes.
• Ability to supervise and mentor site staff and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication with clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Highly organised and capable of managing multiple work streams.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the overall project from pre-start to handover.
• Manage the project, resources and site operations to meet delivery targets.
• Chair weekly site QA and progress meetings; maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate design, procurement, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare progress reports, quality, safety and financial information for stakeholders.
