Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a consulting project management firm delivering building projects.
• Fluent in English with previous UK or Irish project experience.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial concept through design, procurement, construction, and handover.
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day client representative.
• Prepare technical documentation and support project governance processes.

Skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to engage effectively with clients and project teams

Knowledge of BCAR and relevant legislation

Project management skills

Education

Degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
