Job summary

Web Summit seeks a Producer for the Speaker team to identify, engage and secure top speakers. You’ll conduct deep-dive research, craft pitches, and manage outreach to VIPs in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Success means surpassing targets for speaker acquisition, building dossiers, and leveraging AI tools to scale outreach while maintaining meticulous data and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Experience in media, PR or similar fields is a bonus.
• Ability to manage speaker data and acquisition workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive research on potential speakers and craft pitches.
• Draft compelling outreach to speakers and teams.
• Identify where to engage with speakers and prepare in-person pitches.
• Manage speaker data and acquisition workflows for visibility.
• Create Speaker Dossiers with background and contacts.
