Job summary

A&L Goodbody LLP requires a lawyer with 2+ years PQE to join our Regulatory Investigations team in Dublin. You will advise financial institutions on enforcement investigations, related litigation and regulatory risk management, working closely with experts across the Disputes & Investigations practice.

You will thrive in a collaborative environment, handle complex regulatory matters, and contribute to innovative client solutions in a leading Irish firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years relevant PQE in a large, medium or boutique firm.
• Experience in regulatory enforcement and investigations is desirable.
• Experience handling civil litigation, judicial reviews or statutory appeals in financial services is valued.
• Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
• Open to innovative client service approaches and technology.

Responsibilities

• Advise financial institutions on enforcement investigations and related litigation.
• Manage regulatory risk and provide strategic risk advisories.
• Collaborate across practice groups to deliver joined‑up regulatory advice.
• Develop expertise in Central Bank of Ireland and FCA related matters.
