Job summary

Arup in Ireland is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Energy Infrastructure team and help shape the energy transition through design of critical infrastructure projects.

You will work with experienced engineers across disciplines on sites, pipelines, and foundations, contributing to drawings, reports and feasibility studies while developing your professional skills toward chartership.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Interest in energy infrastructure and design.
• Willingness to learn and develop toward chartership.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of energy infrastructure projects.
• Assist with feasibility studies, optioneering and site development.
• Contribute to civil engineering calculations, reports, specifications and drawings.
• Help design earthworks, drainage, access roads, foundations and underground services.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop integrated solutions.
• Participate in site visits, surveys and project meetings.
