Job summary

Arup seeks a Graduate Structural Engineer in Ireland to support design and analysis across multiple disciplines. You will work with experienced engineers on concrete, steel, timber, or masonry projects and prepare drawings using Revit or AutoCAD.

The role involves client meetings, site visits, and reporting, with a path to develop technical and collaborative skills within a global advisory and design practice.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Structural Engineering (NFQ Level 8/9 or equivalent).
• Full working rights in Ireland.
• No more than 12 months of full-time experience in a similar role.
• Graduation on track to complete before employment begins.

Responsibilities

• Undertake structural analysis using GSA, Tekla Structural Designer, or other software.
• Complete design of structural elements in reinforced concrete, steel, timber, or masonry.
• Prepare mark-ups and collaborate with technicians to produce drawings using Revit or AutoCAD.
• Represent Arup at meetings with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Conduct site visits and structural investigations.
• Prepare reports and site reports.
