Job summary

Match Group is seeking a Workplace & Technical Operations Generalist for Dublin. You will own hands-on AV setup, live event support, and regional coordination across EMEA for all-hands and offsite events.

You’ll also travel to Dublin, Paris, and other offices to diagnose and fix on-site issues, support office operations, and contribute to continuous improvement of building systems and workflows.

Qualifications

• About 5 years of relevant experience in event production, AV, or hands-on technical field work.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight and traveling across EMEA.
• Fluency in English; French or German is a plus due to travel.
• Curiosity about new building automation, IoT, or infrastructure platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on AV setup, teardown, and live support for all-hands and events across Dublin, London, Paris, and other EMEA offices, in person or remotely.
• Coordinates production vendors for larger events region-wide (staging, sound, lighting, streaming).
• Maintains and troubleshoots AV equipment and conferencing systems across meeting rooms across EMEA.
• Runs or supports livestreaming/broadcast setup for multi-office all-hands.
• Acts as EMEA's remote hands to diagnose and fix issues on-site in Dublin, Paris, and other offices.
