Job summary

Tinder is seeking a Workplace & Technical Operations Generalist in Dublin to support AV/event production and on-site technical operations across EMEA. The role involves hands-on setup, vendor coordination, and proactive maintenance of meeting rooms and building systems.

Qualifications

5 years of hands-on experience in event production, AV, or technical field work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel autonomously across EMEA offices (Dublin, Paris, etc.).
Curiosity about new building automation, IoT, or infrastructure platforms.
Collaborative mindset to work with IT, network, and facilities teams.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on AV setup, teardown and live event support across EMEA offices.
Coordinate production vendors for large events (staging, sound, lighting, streaming).
Troubleshoot AV/conferencing equipment and room systems across offices.
Act as remote hands for on-site technical support and issue escalation.
Manage workplace requests using internal tools (e.g., Jira) and assist with facilities tasks.
Support budget tracking and small project coordination for AV and workplace tech.
Travel regularly to Paris, Dublin, and other offices for AV and infra work.
