Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Senior Analyst in the EMEA Registration Team to support Transfer Agency services for fund management clients. You’ll handle day-to-day processing, client service, and regulatory compliance in a fast-moving environment across multiple locations.

Role offers exposure to a broad range of internal teams, with opportunities to deepen Transfer Agency expertise and impact across the EMEA region. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in financial services is desirable.
Knowledge of Transfer Agency including Administration / Registration is an advantage.
Understanding of KYC and AML is an advantage.
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook skills; able to learn internal systems.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer service experience; strong verbal and written communication.
Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and manage risk.
Time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day processing, quality checks and assurance.
Overseeing India partners and coordinating with local management where required.
Collaborate with internal teams and projects to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure segregation of duties and regulatory compliance.
Maintain high standards of professional conduct and integrity.
Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; use strong planning skills.
Review and resolve complex queries related to Transfer Agency operations.
Knowledge of fund administration and regulatory environment is desirable.
