Job summary

Foundant Technologies Inc. is seeking a Support Consultant, EMEA, to be the first regional member of the Foundant support team. You will deliver expert help for GivingData and GLM/SLM, work with colleagues in the US and Australia, and ensure steady client satisfaction across time zones.

The role emphasizes problem solving, proactive communication, and continuous process improvement within a globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in support or implementation roles; general customer service alone is not sufficient.
• CRM software experience is preferred; Zendesk familiarity is a plus.
• Legally eligible to work in Ireland or the UK.

Responsibilities

• Directly resolve client tickets via chat, phone, and email.
• Build product knowledge across GivingData and GLM/SLM; ramp on GivingData first.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing support for new clients.
• Collaborate with global Support team across US and Australia.
