Job summary

Pinterest’s SMB team is seeking an experienced sales leader to head an Agency Scaled segment within the EMEA SMB Account Management group. You will drive revenue growth, improve ARPA, and guide a high-performing team across multiple markets.

In this role, you’ll evolve sales programs, establish processes, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to win new opportunities while delivering sustainable client results across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital media sales or sales leadership.
• 3+ years in sales leadership roles.
• Experience driving sales motions in a scaled organization.
• Fluent with Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agency Scaled segment to hit quarterly/annual revenue quotas and ARPA growth.
• Evolve programs and processes impacting thousands of SMB agencies across EMEA.
• Own revenue acceleration and growth for key SMB accounts.
• Lead deal management from pipeline development to negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and remove barriers.
• Manage vendor operations for a scaled Agency segment to boost Europe SMB revenue.
